Quotation Validity
All the quotations are valid only 4 days from the date issued. (Due to the current economic crisis of the country, Material prices & other expenses changing day by day)

Artwork confirmation to print
Confirmation of the Final Print file is very important and you’re 100% responsible for the design objects, spelling & other changes of the artwork. (Because after you confirmed and proceed to print it’s cannot be undone) Double-check the final softcopy setup to print sent by Avantrue.lk Type “OK” and send to confirm the print.

Artwork confirmation to print

Order Confirmation
Orders are accepted through Whatsapp only. Once you get the quotation Check and Confirm the order by Depositing Half Payment from the Total Amount to Our Bank Account Provided (Payments are Accepted through Bank Deposits Only).

Balance Payment
Balance amount should be settled to the given bank account immediately after the order is Received and checked.

Order Duration
Order processing duration depends on the type of order, qty, etc…(within min 2 days – 3 days) Sometimes The order delivery will delay due to the unexpected situation of the country.

Where ever you are we deliver our products safely to your doorstep (Island wide Delivery). Delivery Charges depend on the weight of the order. Use Waybill Number for On-time Tracking.

Every order is Hand-checked by QC team. We never proceed to pack your order if there are major issues with printing quality.

We are 100% guaranteed on the Colours, Size and Printing Quality. And we always care about the parcel packaging to ensure safe delivery. If there is reasonable issues with the final printing output whatever the quantity / order we agreed to reprint.
